We roast it the traditional way, in clay dishes inside wood-fired ovens (<em>hornos de le\u00f1a<\/em>) for hours and hours, with the simplest yet most authentic ingredients, ensuring a delicate flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" id=\"suckinglamb\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Suckling Lamb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Our lamb is tender, flavorful, and raised in harmony with nature.
